I writting this letter to complaint about make up product that i ordered from your website on January 2, 2017. I texted the costumer service to asked about my ordered product, but i received slow respond and not friendly answer. The make up product that i order arrived on January 11,2017. Too long time enough for delivery that usually received on two or three days after ordered.

When i received the make up product, package of the product is undity and damage, not using the bubble wrap. So, make the product are unproctected and i saw that some of the make up product are dirty, and were used.

When i saw more detail the make up product, these are sent not correspondent to what i ordered. From that i know, some of product is not original. The product is Etude dear darling tint, Etude bb cream and Etude drawing eyebrow.

To resolve that problem, i would like these make up product are repliced immediately or send back my money so i give back your product. I hope you can fixed that problem and make your service, cleanliness, and quality product are better in a future.

I read a profil of Authentic Steel Auck Ltd. which works on casting and importing steel and titanium with more than 1750 employees. Product of your company are steel plate, die cast, steel pipe and steel tube. I received information about your company recently at my email and newspaper.

I’m very interested to your product and i want to order steel pipes for oil and gas with the total length of the pipe around 2,4 km for both oil and gas, with 3 meters in diameter.

I want to know  more information about the material that used to make the pipe and the length of each pipe because that i hear your products is great on casting and importing steel and titanium in Bangladesh.

i want to buy your product immediately, so i want to know how to make the shipping contract with your company, and how long the shipping time until i received the product, because i need the product quickly for our company.
