Dear Sir/Madam:
I writting this letter to complaint about make up
product that i ordered from your website on January 2, 2017. I texted the
costumer service to asked about my ordered product, but i received slow respond
and not friendly answer. The make up product that i order arrived on January
11,2017. Too long time enough for delivery that usually received on two or
three days after ordered.
When i received the make up product, package of the
product is undity and damage, not using the bubble wrap. So, make the product
are unproctected and i saw that some of the make up product are dirty, and were
used.
When i saw more detail the make up product, these
are sent not correspondent to what i ordered. From that i know, some of product
is not original. The product is Etude dear darling tint, Etude bb cream and Etude
drawing eyebrow.
To resolve that problem, i would like these make up
product are repliced immediately or send back my money so i give back your

disappointed about this. I hope you can fixed that problem and make your
service, cleanliness, and quality product are better in a future.
